METHOD OF ELIMINATING PROPPANT DEPOSITION CONDITIONS DURING WELL COMPLETION Russian patent published in 2018 - IPC E21B43/116 E21B43/267

Abstract RU 2658400 C1

FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the oil industry, particularly the completion of wells. Method for completing a well comprises creating a well comprising a hole extending into the subterranean formation, securing at least a lower portion of the well using a production casing, installing a shut-off valve in the production casing, the shut-off valve providing a removable barrier for passage of fluid in the hole. Perforating the production casing in the interval of the first production zone in the subterranean formation, the first production zone being located at or above the level of the shut-off valve. Perforation of the production casing comprises using an assembly pump to supply an autonomous gun perforator into the well. Autonomous gun perforator comprises a gun perforator, a depth sensor for detecting the position of the gun perforator in the well, based on the arrangement of the casing collars at a length of the well and an on-board controller, configured to transmit a driving signal to the gun perforator to facilitate firing using one or more detonators, when the detector has detected the specified position of the gun perforator on the length of the well. Autonomous shooting of the gun perforator in the interval of the first productive zone. Injection of a slurry into the well, the slurry containing a hydraulic fracturing proppant. In response to the occurrence of a proppant deposition condition at the interval of the first production zone during injection, pumping the slurry under pressure sufficient to move the shut-off valve and overcoming the barrier for the passage of the fluid, wherein on the length of the production casing, the opening of windows in the subterranean formation at or below the level of the shut-off valve. Additional pumping of the slurry through the opened windows, while eliminating the condition of proppant deposition.

EFFECT: technical result consists in providing a cheap and simple method of production in a well with a productive formation.
