SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the mineral processing and can be used in the flotation of sulphide ores. Method for extracting metals from a complex mineral crude ore includes crushing raw materials, flotation with the formation of a flotation flow of a mineral concentrate and a flotation waste stream. Initial mineral mass, ground to a size of 50–55 % of a class – 74 mcm, enters a main flotation operation, with a total flotation time of 10–15 minutes, carried out discretely. As intermediate processes, temporarily interrupting and separating the flotation operation in the stage, an attritioning operation is used. First stage of flotation is carried out within 2–3 minutes, then the flotation tail enters the attritioning operation within 2–3 minutes. Unloading of an attritioning apparatus enters the second stage of flotation, the flotation time is 3–5 minutes, the flotation tail of the second stage of flotation enters the second stage of attritioning. Unloading of the attritioning apparatus enters the third stage of flotation, the flotation time is 4–7 minutes.
EFFECT: technical result is an increase in the efficiency and intensification of the separation process of sulphide minerals and, correspondingly, the quality and extraction of minerals in similar concentrates.
