FIELD: mining; technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to beneficiation of minerals and can be used for flotation of polymetallic ores. Method for flotation separation of collective copper-lead concentrates includes obtaining collective copper-lead product from sulphide ore, carried out in an alkaline medium formed by lime, contact of pulp with sodium sulphite or sodium sulphite and iron sulphate and copper flotation. Collective copper-lead product is fed into operation of mechanical activation, product is then fed into operation of thickening and washing in thickener. Thickener unloading is fed into cycle of reagent treatment, including operations of agitation in presence of sulphuric acid, addition of depressor and collector. Prepared material is fed for main copper flotation, chamber product of which is fed into operation of agitation in presence of depressor and collector, prepared material is fed into control flotation. Foam product of primary flotation is fed in cleaning cycle, which includes operations of agitation in presence of depressor and collector, obtained foamed product of cleaning cycle is copper concentrate and chamber product of control copper flotation is lead concentrate. Collector in agitation prior to copper flotation used is thionocarbamate, and depressor sodium sulphite. Collector in agitation prior to copper flotation used is thionocarbamate, and depressor used is a mixture of sodium sulphite and iron sulphate in ratio: mass fraction of sodium sulphite: mass fraction of iron sulphate 2:1. Collector in agitation prior to copper flotation used is thionocarbamate, and depressor, in addition to sodium sulphite and iron sulphate, is starch in ratio: mass fraction of sodium sulphite: mass fraction of iron sulphate: mass fraction of starch 2:1:2. Collector in agitation prior to copper flotation used is thionocarbamate, and depressor, in addition to sodium sulphite, is potassium permanganate and zinc sulphate in ratio: mass fraction of potassium permanganate: mass fraction of sodium sulphite: mass fraction of zinc sulphate 3:2:1, wherein deviation range is not more than 10 % relative. Sulphuric acid treatment is performed while heating pulp to temperature of 40÷50 °C.
EFFECT: higher efficiency and intensification of process of separation of copper-lead concentrates and higher quality and extraction of minerals of copper and lead in like concentrates.
