METHOD FOR FLOTATION OF SULPHIDE ORE Russian patent published in 2016 - IPC B03D1/02 B03B7/00 B03D103/02

Abstract RU 2588090 C1

FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mineral dressing and may be applied to flotation of polymetallic ores, copper-zinc, and other bimetalic ores. Method for flotation concentration of sulphide ores involves ore crushing, carried out in alkaline medium formed by lime, pulp conditioning with sodium sulphide and zinc sulphate, adding collector and foaming agents, and flotation of copper sulphides into foam product. Ground product arrives into operation of contact with reagents, and then in 1-st inter-cycle flotation, chamber product thereof, after additional grinding and contact with reagents, arrives to 2-nd inter-cycle flotation. Foam products of inter-cycle operations after agitation with reagents come into inter-cycle recleaning operation, foamed product thereof represents copper concentrate. Chamber product of 2-nd inter-cycle flotation after contact with reagents arrives into 1-st main copper-lead flotation, and after additional grinding - into 2-nd main copper-lead flotation, foam products thereof, together with foam product and chamber product of inter-cycle recleaning operation are supplied, after contacting, into reclining cycle operations, concentrate thereof represents copper-lead product supplied into cycle of same selection, and chamber product of control collective copper-lead flotation supplied into zinc-pyrite cycle.

EFFECT: higher efficiency and intensification of flotation of copper-lead-zinc ores.
