Invention also concerns a method of producing plasmid DNA pET15/N-Dest+ and to the strain Escherichia coli BL21(DE3)Gold/pET15/N-Dest+, obtained by transformation of the strain Escherichia coli BL21(DE3)Gold of plasmid DNA pET15/N-Dest+. Strain is a producer of recombinant destabilase. Invention also relates to a method of producing strain Escherichia coli BL21(DE3)Gold/pET15/N-Dest+ and a method for producing recombinant destabilase using the above strain.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to obtain recombinant destabilase with high yield and purity.
