SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology. The invention is a method for bud processing, which is carried out by hydrodistillation, the solid residue of the buds and annual shoots crushed to 2-3 mm are extracted with 96% ethyl alcohol. Dried after alcohol extraction, the solid remains of buds and shoots (meal) are mixed with pre-dried and crushed to 2-3 mm leaves (litter) of poplar in a ratio (1:1:1 by weight), the resulting substrate is moistened to 70%, sterilized and biodegraded using a spore suspension of the fungus Trichoderma spp. (Siberian strain K6-15). Mushroom cultivation is carried out for 7-14 days at a temperature of (+28)°C with the production of Trichodermin-type biologics based on the K6-15 Trichoderma spp. strain containing 4.2∙108-3.6∙109 spores/g and up to 20% humic acids (depending on the composition of the substrate and the duration of cultivation).

EFFECT: method makes it possible to obtain a biological preparation with a high titer of spores and the presence of humic substances in the composition that can be used for soil humification.
