FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to an electronic expansion valve. In the method, the valve contains an inlet, outlet, core, stop, biasing element and coil of the solenoid. Above core is pressed against the stop in the closed position of the valve, the biasing element exerts the biasing force on the core in the closing direction to stop flow of fluid from the inlet to the outlet. Above coil of the solenoid exerts the magnetic field force on the core in the opening direction to allow fluid flow from the inlet to the outlet fitting if an electric current is applied to the coil of the solenoid, the pressure difference between the intake pressure and the pressure in the outlet pipe exerts a force of the pressure difference on the core in the opening direction to provide a flow of fluid from the inlet to the outlet. Above core moves in the opposite direction from the stop. Above throttling element is located between the core and the stop, the core being pressed indirectly to the stop. Also, a refrigeration system, comprising this valve, and a method for calibrating the valve are described.
EFFECT: provides better regulation and wider range of applications.
