Clamp is mounted on the clamping bracket so, that it is in the tilting device tilting position, at which the tilting frame is rotated about the pivot axis, is at least partially adjacent to the at least one of the car side walls upper edge. On the clamp hydraulic cylinder is installed.

EFFECT: enabling the pinch inside the tilting device minimizing reliability.
