Invention provides a multi-mode wireless terminal, which includes a path of a first wireless communications standard and a path of a second wireless communications standard, and the first wireless communications standard is different from the second wireless communications standard; the path of the first wireless communications standard includes a first antenna module, a first transceiver module, and a first baseband module, where the first antenna module connects to the first transceiver module, and the first transceiver module connects to the first baseband module; the path of the second wireless communications standard includes a second antenna module, a second transceiver module, and a second baseband module, where the second antenna module connects to the second transceiver module, and the second transceiver module connects to the second baseband module; second transceiver module connects to the first baseband module; second transceiver module includes a control unit, and the control unit is configured to control the second antenna module and the second transceiver module to serve, at an idle timeslot of the second wireless communications standard, as a diversity receive path of the first wireless communications standard.
