FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aggregate structures used in various fields of industry, in particular for manufacture of multi-layer panels. Folded core filler consists of repeating cellular fragments formed by faces joined together along ribs. Each fragment consists of square face located in fragment center, connected by four faces, between which triangular are located that form square on scan. Fragments are connected to each other along ribs by connecting ribbon consisting of faces, which unites fragments to form filler structure. At the same time, slit notches are made along diagonal of squares formed by triangular faces and their sides bordering connecting tape, at that in folded state triangular faces are fixed on connecting tape faces with overlapping of slotted slits.
EFFECT: technical result consists in maintaining stability of aggregate by preserving geometric shape of cell forming elements in orthogonal directions when load is applied, in increasing bearing capacity of aggregate, as well as in increasing density of filling area of aggregate with cells.
