FIELD: manufacturing technology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of structures with a folded structure from composite materials and can be used in aircraft engineering and other industries. Proposed method comprises laying reinforced composite material with thermoplastic binder onto shaping tooling of flat sheet, marking bending lines to produce flat semi-finished product in the form of aggregate filler faces separated by marking line. When marking, repeated fragments are selected in the form of a set of faces of filler, which include the central face of the cell, side and diagonal faces. Repeating fragments are spaced apart by the value of the central face. Besides, additional cutting lines are made along diagonals of repeating fragments along diagonals of diagonal faces and their outer sides. Along billet billet billet lines heat is supplied to binder plastic state. Then semi-finished billet is formed by flexible-folding to produce relief of filler with required geometry. When shaping the work piece by flexible-folding, elements of diagonal faces obtained as a result of cutting are fixed on side edges adjoining the central face, with provision of overlapping of slots in joints of side faces. Then, folded aggregate is hardened.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to produce filler with increased durability and stability with possibility of laying on surface of double curvature.
