FIELD: road construction.
SUBSTANCE: reinforcing geoweb includes a cellular polymer structure, in which each cell is formed by at least three faces, and a recess is formed on the surface of each of the cells facing the inner cavity of the cell. Flat reinforcing geowebs made of polymeric material, intended for use as a reinforcing and separating layer in subgrade structures of linear transport and geotechnical structures. The reinforcing geoweb includes a cellular polymer structure, in which each cell is formed by at least three faces. A recess is formed on the surface of each of the cells facing the inner cavity of the cell. The method for manufacturing a reinforcing geoweb includes the stage of material extrusion to obtain a product in the form of a tape, the stage of stamping a geoweb pattern from this tape, the stage of heating and stretching the tape to a predetermined width, while an orthogonally directed force is applied to the tape, so that the tension of the outer layer is higher than the tension of the inner layer, with obtaining a recess on the surface of the faces to the inner cavity of the cell.
EFFECT: increasing the reinforcing capacity of the geoweb.
