SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electrical equipment, radio electronics and intended for use in the secondary power sources as the constant-to-constant voltage converter. Technical results are provided by the fact that the device contains the converter positive input connected to the drain of first MIS transistor with the n-channel with integrated diode, which source is connected to the drain of the second MIS transistor with the n-channel with integrated diode, which source is connected to the converter negative input. Input capacitor first terminal is connected to the converter positive input, the input capacitor second lead is connected to the converter negative input. Beginning of the second transformer primary winding is connected to the converter positive input, ending of the second transformer primary winding is connected to the beginning of the first transformer primary winding, which ending is connected to the storage capacitor first terminal, which second terminal is connected to the source of the first and the drain of the second MIS transistor with the n-channel with the built-in diode. Ending of the second transformer secondary winding is connected to the anode of the second diode, which cathode is connected to the converter positive output. Beginning of the second transformer secondary winding is connected to the converter negative output. Beginning of the first transformer secondary winding is connected to the anode of the first diode, which cathode is connected to the converter positive output. Ending of the first transformer secondary winding is connected to the converter negative output. Output capacitor is connected between the converter positive and negative outputs.

EFFECT: technical results of the claimed invention consist in increase in the reliability, increase in the efficiency and simplification of the design of the constant-to-constant voltage converter, which can be used in secondary power supply sources.
