FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering, namely to secondary power supply sources, and can be used as a DC voltage source. Stabilized DC voltage converter comprises: resonant inverter consisting of MIS transistor with induced channel of n-type, MIS transistor with induced channel of p-type and inverter capacitor; transformer, with two primary windings and secondary winding; phase-shifting capacitor; rectifier consisting of two diodes; reverse diode; output filter consisting of a choke with a filter capacitor; voltage stabilization system, consisting of a voltage divider, a pulse former, a reference signal generator, a pulse distributor; a protection unit consisting of an L-circuit serving as a single-turn winding of a magnetic conductor with an air gap, a magnetodiode, a variable resistor, a comparator, a voltage divider, a JK-trigger, a differentiating circuit, a stabilized constant voltage source; two input and two output clamps.
EFFECT: technical result, which can be achieved with the help of the proposed invention, is reduced to expansion of functional capabilities with simultaneous increase of reliability.
