SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering, namely to secondary power supply sources, and can be used as a DC voltage source. Stabilized DC voltage converter comprises: resonant inverter consisting of MDS transistor with induced channel of n-type, MDS transistor with induced p-type channel and inverter capacitor; transformer with two primary windings and secondary winding; phase-shifting capacitor; rectifier consisting of two diodes; reverse diode; output filter consisting of a choke with a filter capacitor; voltage stabilization system, consisting of a voltage divider, a pulse former, a reference signal generator, a pulse distributor; two input and two output clamps.
EFFECT: increasing reliability.
