FIELD: transportation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of railway automatics for the normalization of a fleet of locomotives. System includes a central processing unit, a memory block of the shift-daily plan, block for calculating the need for locomotives, the generator of the forecast model of the locomotive fleet and the calculator of the need for the operating fleet of locomotives for depot depreciation, the block of operational memory of technical and technological failures, the block of operative memory of "windows" for repairs and technological works, the generator of a database of locomotives on depot of registration, a block for calculating the need for auxiliary locomotives, the generator of a database of locomotive brigades along the areas of circulation of the network polygon, the generator of the database of locomotives along the areas of conversion of the network polygon, the display unit and the input/output unit. Provided that the central processor is connected to the database of normative-reference information and rationing of the railway network by means of a data network, and also to the IP network for interaction with external information systems and automated workplaces of users.
EFFECT: increase in the efficiency and quality of the process of rationing the fleet of locomotives is achieved.
