FIELD: rail transport.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway transport and can be used for control of marshalling yards and prediction of their operation results. System for hybrid control of operation of marshalling yards with function of supporting decision making on procedure for trains classification comprises an automated workstation computer, which includes a processor with a data input/output unit connected to it, a monitor, a memory unit and a unit for processing and generating output data, which output is connected to second input of monitor, additional input/output of processor is connected to first output/input of server, second output/input of which is connected via data network with corresponding inputs/outputs of hardware-software devices of automatic control system of marshalling and goods yards, automated system for on-line control of transportation and automated dispatching control center, first and second interfacing units. At that, in the specified system there introduced is a matching unit, the first, second and third outputs of which are connected to the input of the processor, respectively, with second input of processing unit and generating output data and with first input of actual operation data generating module connected to memory unit, in which database of real operation of yard by clock is recorded, and to which a departure point set unit is connected, a data recording unit connected to the output of infrastructure approach sensors of trains.

EFFECT: as a result, the system functional capabilities are expanded, control efficiency of marshalling yards is increased.
