SUBSTANCE: invention relates to earthquake-resistant objects. In an earthquake-resistant building with reinforced overlap, containing the frame of the workshop, bearing walls with enclosures of floor and ceiling, which are lined with sound-absorbing structures, window and door openings, as well as single piece sound absorbers, containing a frame, in which the sound-absorbing material is located, and arranged over noisy equipment, and the design of the floor is made on an elastic base and comprises a mounting plate made of reinforced concrete, which is installed on two rigidly interconnected base plates of inter-floor overlap with increased strength and seismic resistance with cavities through layers of vibration damping and waterproofing material with a gap relative to the bearing walls of the production room, wherein the layers of the vibration damping and waterproofing material are made with a flange tightly adhering to the bearing structures of the walls and the base load-bearing slabs, and between the base slabs of the inter-floor overlap a layer of the vibration damping material is laid, and the cavities of the base plates are staggered and filled with a vibration damping material, for example, a foamed polymer, polyethylene or polypropylene, and the walls are covered with sound-absorbing structures. System of foundation vibration insulation with a basement floor is made with simultaneous cutting of its seams of the type of anti-seismic from neighboring buildings and surrounding soil, and to protect against the vertical direction vibrations, vibration isolators are installed in the niches of the walls of the basement floor on the sections of the base. Each set of vibration isolation system consists of a metal plate, four vibration isolators, two sheets of sandpaper to exclude the possibility of sliding elements of the foundation and two supporting reinforced concrete blocks, and to protect the building from horizontal vibrations propagating along the ground, a system of vibration isolation along the vertical faces of the outer walls of the basement floor is constructed at the level of the foundation and overlap. Each of the vibration isolators receiving the vertical loads, is made in the form of a vibration isolator of a symmetrical washer mesh, that contains a base located in the middle part of the vibration isolator, and mesh elastic elements, upper and lower, with axisymmetrically located dry-friction damper, and each of the vibration isolators receiving horizontal loads consists of rigidly interconnected plates of elastomer: the upper and lower, in which through holes are made, located on the surface of the vibration isolator in staggered order.

EFFECT: increase in the strength and seismic stability of the building, as well as the effectiveness of noise attenuation.
