SUBSTANCE: inventions relate to mineral products, compositions for treating seeds, soil and plants, as well as to methods of making and using such products and compositions. Composition for treating the seed, soil or plant contains cobalt sulfate, cobalt lactate and at least one additional mineral, wherein at least one additional mineral presents in both the salt form of the mineral and the chelate of the mineral. Method for treating seed, soil or plant comprises applying the treatment composition to one or more of a seed, a soil and a plant, at that the treatment composition comprising cobalt sulfate, cobalt lactate and at least one additional mineral, where at least one additional mineral is presented both as a salt of a mineral and as a mineral chelate.
EFFECT: inventions improve the growth, health and yield of various seeds and plants, such as crops and grasses, and also provide a similar effect for soils.
