FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a method of producing microgreens, according to which microgreens are soaked in a solution of zinc ZnSO4⋅H2O and selenium Na2SeO3, taken in equal amounts, for 2 hours and sowing seeds on a pre-wetted jute substrate for germination. Then, on 7th and 10th days after sowing, microgreens are treated with a zinc solution ZnSO4⋅H2O and selenium solution Na2SeO3. On 12th day after sowing, microgreens are treated with a zinc solution ZnSO4⋅H2O, selenium solution Na2SeO3 and potassium iodide solution KI.
EFFECT: invention provides development of a simple method of producing microgreens having high nutritive and biological value.
