FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the technology of repairing linings of heat units. In the proposed method, the surface of the lining is cleaned of the adherent scorch material, clears cracks and caverns from weak brick particles and dust, then a fine-grained concrete mixture is applied on the liquid glass with an expanding effect. After solidification and drying, the resulting layer is impregnated with a solution of an aluminocalcium phosphate binder synthesized on the basis of orthophosphoric acid and alumi-calcium sludge (waste of non-ferrous metallurgy), with the subsequent heat treatment at the first start-up and output to the mode of the heat unit.
EFFECT: increasing the adhesion strength of the fine-grained heat-resistant concrete repair coating to refractory lining, simplifying the technological process of manufacturing repair work, expansion of the functionality of fine-grained, heat-resistant concrete mixture, which allows repairing linings from various materials.
