FIELD: refractory concrete.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to special refractory concrete or refractory concrete mixtures based on Portland cement which can be used for the manufacture of lining plates, blocks and other products as well as linings of flare pits of horizontal flare installations, installations for thermal neutralization of industrial effluents and fluids operating at high temperatures in the heating process, and low (negative) ambient temperatures (conditions of increased cyclicity). Heat-resistant fiber-reinforced concrete of increased thermal frost resistance, obtained as a result of hardening of a concrete mixture containing Portland cement, a heat-resistant fireclay aggregate, while an active mineral additive is additionally introduced (wt%: 35.0-40.0 SiO2 8.0 Al2O3, 35.0 -40.0 CaO, 15.0 MgO, 0.2-1.0 Fe2O3), fiber made of synthetic thermoplastic fibers, nanosized carbon filler, superplasticizer.

EFFECT: technical task is to obtain refractory concrete based on Portland cement simultaneously with high values for thermal stability and frost resistance, i.e. to obtain concrete, working both in the zone of high and low temperatures and their cyclicity.
