FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: useful model refers to building structures - panels made of solid concrete for enclosing parts of buildings: external walls, insulating coatings and ceilings. Heat-saving light-concrete panel of the building includes a fixed formwork made of cement-bonded particleboard (CBP), connected by internal cross-links, each of which consists of: 2 steel sidewalls rigidly fastened by steel screws to the CBP of the U-shaped profile with elastic shelves, bends, rectangular grooves to fix the transverse connection, round holes for steel screws, fastening sidewalls to the CBP, as well as with pockets for skipping reinforcing bars of the panel, and a fixed transverse strip of the channel-shaped profile with protrusions at the ends for fixation in the grooves of the sidewalls and holes for passing the reinforcing bars of the rods. In this case, the fixing cross bar is made of a combined, consisting of 2 35-40 mm wide steel end elements with protrusions for fixing in the grooves of the sidewalls, and a glass-reinforced plastic channel with a thickness of no more than 3 mm with round holes for passing reinforcing bars, fastened with steel screws to the steel end elements of the cross bar. Concrete part of the panel is made of monolithic polystyrene concrete with a density of 150-250 kg/m3.

EFFECT: technical result is ensured compliance with the regulatory requirements for energy conservation while minimizing the costs of their production.
