Disclosed is the fluids transferring method between the first vessel (1) and the second vessel (2), which includes the stage of the direct mooring connection provision between the first vessel (1) and the second vessel (2) using the mooring line (8), stage of the third vessel (3) arrangement and holding closer to the second vessel (2) than to the first vessel (1), stage of the first fluid transfer hose (9) provision, its first end (10) connection to the fluid outlet (11) on the first vessel (1) and its second end (12) connection to the intermediate fluid inlet (13) on the third vessel (3), stage of the second fluid transfer hose (14) provision, its first end (15) connection to the intermediate fluid outlet (16) on the third vessel (3) and its second end (16) connection to the fluid inlet (17) on the second vessel (2) and the stage of providing the flow communication between the intermediate inlet (13) and the intermediate outlet (16). Also disclosed is the fluids transfer system between the first vessel and the second vessel.

EFFECT: technical result consists in provision of the possibility to perform the fluids transfer under more severe weather conditions.
