SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an apparatus for transporting fluids between a vessel and a turret. Device for transporting fluids between a vessel and a turret mounted thereon and rotatable about a substantially vertical axis of the turret and comprising a swivel, having at least one fluid channel, connected to one end of a fluid conduit, the second end of which is connected to the vessel. Device further comprises a swivel tower, located around the swivel and connected to the rest of the turret by means of a bearing of the swivel tower for rotation with respect to said part of the turret around the axis of the turret. Swivel tower through a torsional locking mechanism, connected with the swivel tower and with the vessel, is substantially locked against the vessel to rotate with it. Conduit has a first section, passing freely between the vessel and the swivel tower, and a second section extending between the swivel tower and the fluid channel of the swivel.
EFFECT: reduced loads.
