SUBSTANCE: invention relates to veterinary medicine and is an antiparasitic composition for protecting agricultural animals comprising compounds from group of avermectins, polymer and solvent, characterized in that it further comprises polyol orthosilicate selected from xylitol orthosilicate, or glyceryl orthosilicate or meglumine orthosilicate, wherein the composition comprises compounds from group of avermectins encapsulated in polymeric microspheres and/or free, wherein components in the composition are in a certain ratio, by weight.
EFFECT: invention provides a more uniform change in the concentration of an angelic agent in blood plasma, which contributes to a stable therapeutic effect during the long term composition action – up to 180 days and, consequently, to a number of animal treatments decreased to 2 times a year.
