SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a hair cosmetic composition comprising components, where the weight ratio between components (A) and (B) ((A)/(B)), is equal to 30/70 or more and 70/30 or less, and having a pH value of 6 or less. Invention also relates to the use of said composition as a hair styling agent and a hair styling method by applying this composition.
EFFECT: composition has sufficient to hair styling and hair re-styling capacity, is free of tackiness and stiffness and capable of preventing solvolysis during prolonged storage.
