SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the filed of directional drilling of multi-lateral wells. Whipstock assembly includes a whipstock, providing an inclined surface and a longitudinal key seat, formed in an inclined surface, a pilot mill connected to the whipstock by a shear screw and providing one or more blades, and a load-bearing member disposed within the longitudinal key seat and creating opposite sidewalls which form a groove, configured to receive one of: one or more blades.
EFFECT: it is ensured that the pilot mill is prevented from rotating with respect to the whipstock.
