SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to controlled directional drilling. Downhole deflector assembly includes downhole deflector with inclined surface, cutter connected with possibility of disconnection with well deflector by means of shear bolt and providing cutter profile, and a tension control lever pivotally connected to the well deflector and moved between the retracted position, wherein the tension control lever is received inside the cavity formed on the inclined surface, and an engagement position, wherein the engaging head of the tension control lever is mating with the cutter profile to receive at least a portion of the tensile load received by the shear bolt.
EFFECT: enabling weakening of tensile loads received by the shear bolt connecting the cutter to the well deflector.
