SUBSTANCE: disintegrating device includes a hopper, a working chamber with an elastic bottom on the base, an elastic plate membrane made with a set of elastic plates and installed in an elastically compressed state with detented fixation in the middle part of the drive pivoting shaft. The butt ends of the plates are fixed in pivoting shafts with adjustable wedge fixation. The pivoting shaft of the butt plate fastening is equipped with adjustment in the plane of the base. The working chamber with an elastic bottom is connected to the base by means of a set of spring connections spaced along the outer perimeter of the working chamber and installed at an angle to the base. The loading hopper is equipped with a grizzley, and along the perimeter of the hopper there is a sprinkler pipe with a cross-over tube. The base of the disintegrating device in the area of the loading hopper is equipped with a mechanism for adjusting the angle of the disintegration device inclination to the horizontal plane. The working chamber at the unloading side is equipped with a rotatable retaining tray.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of washing, increased structural reliability of the plate membrane.
