FIELD: heating, drying.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to chemical and agricultural industry, to the field of power engineering and can be used for drying bulk material, such as grain, and production of coke. The essence of the invention consists in the fact that the method of production of gaseous coolant and drying the bulk material with it, preferably grain, simultaneously provides obtaining coke, using coal of the fractional composition of 10-50 mm, and the coolant temperature is adjusted by air supply for gasification of coal. The device for implementation of the method comprises gas-generating unit made of the gasifier, heaters, a water tank, circulating pumps, a coal hopper, a heat exchanger, a blower, a fan and a flow meter. The gasifier consists of a cylindrical housing with a lid, a grate plate, a water jacket with the supply and drain of water, a hatch, the discharge and purging pipes, the neck with the gas-inlet pipe, and the safety valve. The device comprises a system of coal loading, a system of coolant supply, a gasifier cooling system and a cooling system of the carbon residue. The device can be mobile.
EFFECT: invention enables to provide the production of the gaseous coolant, drying the bulk material with it, and production of coke.
