Mobile terminal records the cell of the network with the highest priority in which the mobile terminal does not have the ability to locate at the current time, wherein the network with the highest priority is determined based on a rule predetermined in the mobile terminal; if the cell of the network with the highest priority is monitored and the relationship between the cell being tracked and the previously recorded cell satisfies a predetermined condition, transmitting the operation of the mobile terminal to the monitored cell, regardless of whether the current state of the network connection of the mobile terminal is in the idle mode.
EFFECT: technical result is to provide an opportunity for a mobile terminal to quickly return to a high priority network in the event that the network side does not provide priority identifiers.
