SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for cell reselection, performed by a terminal in a wireless communication system. Method includes steps of receiving first priority information through a radio resource connection (RRC) deviation message, wherein first priority information indicates whether priority of current frequency must be lowered; receiving second priority information priority through system information from current cell and performing cell reselection with selective use of one of first priority information and second priority information based on the state of terminal. If state of Terminal is an anchorage state in any cell, terminal uses second priority information for cell reselection and terminal stores first priority information without using first priority information for cell reselection; if state of terminal is a normal anchorage state, terminal uses first priority information for cell reselection.
EFFECT: technical result is providing cell selection based on processing priorities.
