FIELD: heat exchange; valves.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a thermostatic valve. Valve (1) comprises valve body (2), valve seat (3) and valve element (4). Valve member (4) is displaceable relative to housing (2) in the closing direction to valve seat (3). Inside body (2), at least one element (5, 7, 11) is located. Element (5, 7, 11) is arranged to increase the maximum distance from valve seat (3) to valve element (4) as the temperature of temperature sensitive component (11) increases. Valve (1) comprises a thermostatic actuator configured to reduce the maximum distance from valve member (4) to valve seat (3), when the thermostatic actuator has a temperature increase. Element (5, 7, 11) is configured to expand at the same time under the action of heat to increase the maximum distance from valve element (4) to valve seat (3). Element (5, 7, 11) is configured to compensate for the temperature of the thermostatic actuator exceeding the room temperature.
EFFECT: improved temperature adjustment.
