SUBSTANCE: invention relates to valve. Valve (1) comprises valve body (2), valve seat (3) and locking element (4). Locking element (4) is made movable relative to body (2) along axis (A) to valve seat (3). Valve seat (3) is located in valve sellar element (5). Valve sellar element (5) is rotatable about axis (A) to change maximum effective flow cross section through the valve (1). Valve (1) comprises insert (6), valve sellar element (5) disposed in said insert (6) with possibility to rotate. Valve sellar element (5) has the first opening (15), and the insert (6) has the second opening (16), wherein overlapping of the first opening (15) and the second opening (16) determines the maximum effective flow cross-section through the valve (1).

EFFECT: valve with improved functionality is offered.
