SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a heat exchanger valve. Heat exchanger valve (1) comprises valve body (2) and valve upper part (3) comprising gland box (4) with stem (5), presetting knob (6) and liner (10) mounted within upper part (3) of the valve; it is pivotable and can be actuated by handle (6) to preset preliminary adjustment hole (15). Valve upper part (3) is inserted into opening (16) in said valve body (2) and comprises valve member (7), stem (8) connected to valve member (7) and opening spring (9). Upper part (3) of the valve is made of plastic material.

EFFECT: simplified manufacture and reduced cost of the valve.
