FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the machine building. Low-noise gear train comprises a rim, a hub with a bushing, a supporting shaft and a vibration-absorbing member, which is made in the form of external and internal bushings. Part of the hub cavity is filled with a sound-absorbing material of a mesh wire structure. On the side of an end face of the hub, an annular elastic element with holes is rigidly mounted, which is made in the form of two flat elastic rings connected by means of three elastic flat plates. Holes between the plates are filled with a vibration damping material. In an annular cavity of the gear train, a sound-absorbing annular insert is installed, made in the form of a cylindrical bushing, which is located between the outer and inner bushings of the gear train and is made in the form of a rigid and perforated walls, between which there are two layers: a sound-reflecting layer, adjacent to the rigid wall, and a sound-absorbing layer adjacent to the perforated wall. Sound-absorbing insert is formed with a central hole, the diameter of which is equal to the external diameter of the inner gear train bushing, and the outer diameter of the sound-absorbing insert is equal to the inner diameter of the outer bushing. Fastening of the sound-absorbing annular insert in the bushings can be carried out by means of an elastic adhesive layer or by interference fit.
EFFECT: increase in the damping properties of the gear train is provided.
