FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to machine building. Gear train comprises a rim, a hub with an annular cavity and a hub in which the supporting shaft is mounted. In the cavity of the hub there is a vibration-absorbing element in the form of coaxial sleeves, while part of the cavity between them is filled with a mesh wire structure. From the side of the end plane of the hub, an annular elastic element is installed. Elastic element is made in the form of two flat elastic coaxially arranged rings, connected together by three elastic flat plates. Holes between the plates are filled with a vibration damping material. Bearing shaft is made in the form of a hollow rod with a set of damping disks in the internal cavity. Inner cavity of the rod is filled with a set of two damping disks fixed to the elastic axis. Between the damping disks there is a cylindrical helical spring, the cavity of which is filled with polyurethane.
EFFECT: increase in the damping properties of the gear train is achieved.
