FIELD: measuring equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measuring equipment, namely, to experimental stands to conduct a research of agents for reducing the hydraulic resistance of a hydrocarbon liquid (oil and/or oil products) (ARHR). Stand for the research of agents for reducing hydraulic resistance during transportation of oil or oil products through a pipeline includes: pump unit assembly comprising at least one screw-type pump and at least one centrifugal pump provided with a frequency-controlled drive; day tank with a mixing device, equipped with a thermal control system; day tank with a system for displacing a test liquid and a receiving container with a system for displacing a test fluid, made to expel a test liquid at a predetermined rate and provided with a thermal control system; piping forming a closed loop for circulation of oil or oil products and including a measuring system consisting of at least three parallel measuring sections of different diameters, provided with a thermal control system, and at least one removable measuring section comprising removable inserts simulating various hydraulic resistance to the movement of oil or oil products; input device for reducing hydraulic resistance agents connected to the piping; measuring instruments installed in each measuring section; control and monitoring system made with an ability to control the drives of pumps and receive and process information from measuring instruments; stop valve installed on the piping, stop valve installed on the piping with a possibility of connecting the measuring sections in accordance with the specified modes of the study.

EFFECT: creation of a multifunctional stand for the study of agents for reducing the hydraulic resistance of pipelines when transporting a liquid that circulates the test fluid with ARHR through a measuring line using pumps, which allows to evaluate dissolution and degradation of ARHR, and reciprocating motion of the liquid under research through the measuring line with the help of pistons, which allows to avoid degradation of ARHR in pumps and simulate the flow of liquid through a long pipeline.
