SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the compounds, which can be used in the pharmaceutical industry for the preparation of biological substances of formulas, 1 and 2:

where R₁a and R₁b, R¹a and R¹b they are selected from H and F, provided that at least one of the R₁a and R₁b and one of the R¹a and R¹b is F, R² is selected from benzyl and C₁-C₆ alkyl, Het is 2-methyl-tetrazol-5-yl, Y is selected from ZnCl, BF₃, and BR³R⁴, where R³ and R⁴ are independently selected from the group consisting of OH, C₁-C₆ mono- and dihydric alcohols, and where R³ and R⁴ together can form a ring. Method is proposed for reducing palladium in a mixture comprising palladium and a compound of formula 1, in which R₁a is F, and R₁b is H, R² is benzyl, wherein the method comprises feeding the mixture, which contains palladium, a solvent, and the mentioned compound, part of which is dissolved, and filtering the solution in order to produce the filtrate, which contains part of the dissolved compound and the reduced level of palladium as compared to the initial mixture.

EFFECT: new compounds and a new method have been proposed that are effective at the production of valuable substances.
