STACKABLE CIRCULAR POLARIZATION ANTENNA Russian patent published in 2018 - IPC H01Q21/24

Abstract RU 2659854 C1

FIELD: radio engineering, communication.

SUBSTANCE: antenna contains a circularly polarized radiator of a quasi shunt "clover" of four curved vibrators, having linear initial quarter-wave regions located in pairs in mutually orthogonal planes, outgoing from one common point, which is the first power terminal located on the intersection of planes, extending from the linear sections, arc sections, which are commensurable in length with a half-wave, are located in inclined planes, and linear final quarter-wave sections converging to a common point being the second power terminal located on the intersection line of the planes, where the transition points of arcs to the final linear sections are additionally connected in pairs in crosswise directions located in the planes of the initial quarter-wave linear sections by connecting conductors commuting among themselves at the point of their intersection, located on the axis, and the point of intersection of the connecting, cross-connected conductors, commutated among themselves, is connected by a conductor to the first/second power terminal. On a carrying tubular conductor extending from the point of intersection of the cross-connecting conductors, symmetrically to the circular polarization antenna of the quasi shunt "clover" there is the second identical quasi-shunt "clover" antenna, powered with a phase shift of 180 degrees. In both antennas quasi shunt "clover", the conductors connecting the points of intersection cross-wise with the first/second power terminals are tubular, and the spacing of the antennas is λ/2 from the middle of the conductors connecting the points of intersection criss-crossed with the power terminals of each of the antennas. Their power is supplied through a phase-shifting power divider located in a tubular carrying conductor.

EFFECT: increase the reliability of the antenna.
