FIELD: images forming devices.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to alerting people by creating a dynamic image in a vehicle window, to image transfer, reproduction and storage systems. System contains a video monitor that forms two different images on two opposite sides of its body, two video cameras, microphone, shock / acceleration sensor, uninterruptible power supply and controller with a microcomputer, a navigator and a transceiver that provides communication between the system and the remote control device. In the information mode, a video sequence intended for a given area at a given time of day is displayed on the outside of the video monitor. Second side facing the driver is used to create a "rear view" image that the driver can observe through the rear-view mirror during the vehicle's motion, while maneuvering and parking.
EFFECT: controller of the system allows to reproduce the actual video on the screens of the monitor for the observers outside and for the driver inside the vehicle, perform the functions of a multichannel video recorder, recorder of sound, vibration and their corresponding geographical coordinates, as well as the functions of a security system capable of responding to acoustic noise, tilt, jerks, acceleration and movement in the field of view of video cameras; response of the system is expressed in the generation of a sound and a radio signal of the alarm signal coming to the remote control device.
