SUBSTANCE: invention relates to information displays for informing people by broadcasting a video stream on an information screen. Disclosed is a system comprising one or more video cameras, an auxiliary display, sensors, a computer unit, a power supply system, wireless data transmission interfaces, structural elements for integrating the system into an installation object. Mobile information system can collect and send through wireless data interfaces information from sensors, which is used by a subject having remote access to the system and/or artificial intelligence, and enables to select the most suitable for given conditions: a video stream, a static or dynamic image, which are broadcast on an information screen. Wireless data transmission interface enables to provide Internet access for observers and has a function of analysing and intercepting network traffic. Mobile information system can perform security functions.

EFFECT: formation of a high-quality, contrast, bright static and/or dynamic image and/or video stream on the surface of a vehicle, mobile kiosk, store or other object, in which a mobile information system is installed.
