FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to environmental protection and can be used for treatment of effluent, drainage and over-slime water with increased salt content. Contaminated industrial water is subjected to successive primary purification from mechanical impurities, electroflotation purification, ultrafiltration, reverse osmosis desalination of the first stage, reverse-osmosis desalination of the second step over the permeate and final purification from ammonium ions. Primary purification of contaminated water from mechanical impurities is carried out using hydrocyclone 3, after which coagulation is performed in tubular coagulator 8. After ultrafiltration, water is subjected to two-step ozonation in labyrinth columns 17, 18. Concentrate obtained at the first stage of reverse-osmosis desalination 37 is subjected to reverse-osmotic desalination of the second step by concentrate 41, and the permeate obtained at that second step is returned to the first stage of reverse-osmosis desalination 37. Final purification of water from ammonium ions is performed by means of filling filter with zeolite.

EFFECT: method increases degree of purification of waste water, increases overall hydraulic efficiency and reduces volume of recycled concentrate.
