SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in cleaning systems in chemical, metallurgical, mining and cellulose-paper industry for cleaning of drainage water and filtrates of solid domestic wastes disposal polygons. Method of cleaning and disinfecting waste water involves stages of ultrafiltration and reverse-osmosis separation in two steps on permeate. Before the ultrafiltration step, the initial water is passed through a rotor-vortex type reactor for hydrodynamic treatment in the presence of ferromagnetic particles. After the reverse-osmosis separation step, reverse-osmosis permeate of the second step is further purified and disinfected in a photolytic ozonation unit using ultraviolet radiation and ozone.

EFFECT: invention improves the quality of water purification from toxic inorganic and organic substances which are not capable of biological decomposition, as well as suspended, emulsified and dissolved impurities, and reduces operational and power consumption.
