SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the production of hoses, in particular to a method, a production line and a plant for continuous production of reinforced flexible hoses. Method for continuous production of a reinforced flexible hose, in particular a garden hose, includes the following steps: providing a semi-finished hose comprising at least one inner layer and at least one textile reinforcing layer wound on the outer surface thereof, and extruding a thermoplastic polymer material onto said semi-finished hose to form a cover layer. Extrusion step is carried out by extruding die (31) having central bore (34) defining forwarding axis (X) of the semi-finished hose, and annular channel (35) comprising an inclined tubular portion and a substantially horizontal tubular portion associated with outlet (37). Extrusion step is performed by creating a vacuum in central bore (34) to tightly press the cover layer against the semi-finished hose. Thickness of the tubular film ranges from 0.1 mm to 0.35 mm. Absolute pressure in central bore (34) is at least 350 mm Hg. Invention also relates to a production line and to an extrusion plant for carrying out this process, as well as to a hose obtained by this method.

EFFECT: invention provides an easy-to-implement and cheap way of manufacturing hoses.
