SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of application of thermoplastic elastomers, namely to a continuous multilayer hose without penetration of coating materials into the reinforcing layer of said hose and a method for its manufacture. Disclosed is a method for making the hose employs a combination mold having inlets for the reinforcing layer material, for the outer cover material, and for the lining material, wherein the inlet for the reinforcing layer material is located between the inlet for the outer cover material and the inlet for the lining material, the latter is made in communication with the upper extruder, and the inlet for the outer coating material is made in communication with the lower extruder, the circular loom is switched on, the production speed is controlled, the reinforcing layer is weaved and fed through the mold to the traction system; include a traction device, after stabilization of the cycle in the circular loom, include the upper and lower extruders for extruding the outer and inner coatings; carry out the simultaneous application of materials for external and internal coatings by extrusion through a mold; separately adjust the extrusion speed in extruders for inner and outer coatings to ensure the required thickness of the inner and outer coatings; after molding, the hose is finalized using a cooling spray device, cut to the appropriate length.

EFFECT: invention is characterized by good adhesion between layers, high durability of the hose and a wide range of applications.
