FIELD: manufacturing technology.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to production of long-length flexible polymer pipes intended for transportation of oil, water, gas, chemical reagents. Multilayer flexible polymer pipe comprises inner layer made of polymer materials and outer shell molded by extrusion, as well as filament-based reinforcing frame arranged between them. Pipe additionally contains intermediate layer of polymer material and layers of adhesive, which are extruded to inner, intermediate layers and reinforcing frame on filament basis. Reinforcing frame is made in the form of braiding from high-strength high-modulus threads. Inner, intermediate and arranged between them adhesive layer form multilayer liner produced in forming cavity of multilayer extrusion head. On liner reinforcing frame is installed. Polymer materials for the inner layer are oil-resistant polymers, the intermediate layer and the shell are polyolefins, and the adhesive is thermoplastic adhesive compositions. Method of continuous production of the claimed pipe consists in molding of multilayer liner by extrusion in cavity of the multilayer extrusion head by means of supply of preset materials to it from separate extruders. Multilayer liner is then calibrated, water-cooled and passes through an ovality correction device. Further, in the forming cavity of the angular extrusion head, an adhesive layer is applied on the liner, on which a reinforcing frame in the form of a threaded braiding is installed. Sleeve is made from high-strength high-modulus threads due to weaving of longitudinal threads from bobbin case with threads coming off spindle of spindle machine. Reinforced multilayer liner is treated with infrared radiation and then in separate forming cavities of extruders with angular heads there applied is an adhesive layer and then a layer of polymer material forming a pipe shell. After that, the pipe is water-cooled and, passing through the cutting device, is wound on the winding machine. Device for continuous production of claimed pipe includes extruders for molding multilayer pipe, vacuum calibrator, cooling system, pulling and cutting devices, splinting machine. Additionally, it comprises extruders intended for supplying into the molding cavity of the multilayer extrusion head separate flows of melts of the specified materials for molding the multilayer liner, an infrared heater, an ovality correction device, as well as extruders with angular extrusion heads serving for application of melts of adhesive on multilayer liner and reinforcing carcass respectively, as well as for application of polymer material for formation of pipe shell.

EFFECT: disclosed is a multilayer flexible polymer pipe.
