Tools and equipment carrying backpack includes made of water-, oil- and oil-repellent fabric body, formed by the front, side, rear walls and bottom, placed in the body equipment and tools container, made in the form of box from rigid material, inside which the removable cover is arranged, provided with fixing elements for the equipment fixing inside the container, forming the body upper part folding flap connected to the body side walls, shoulder belts configured to regulate the length, at least two tie belts located around the body perimeter and configured to control compression, wherein with on the rear wall the waist cushion is arranged, on the body side walls the overlaid part is placed, into which guiding belts are made, and the bottom is provided with the external wear-resistant lining.

EFFECT: expansion of the technical equipment range intended for the equipment and tools carrying, namely the creation of the specialized backpacks for loading operators carrying of tools, equipment and materials intended for performance of works on the level measuring and sampling in tanks and ensuring the load operators safety, who perform the process operations associated with moving along the tanks stair flights.
