FIELD: devices for protection of user from splinters and bullets and for transportation of tactic and field equipment of military men.

SUBSTANCE: jacket has back section and chest section, which are connected with one another by belt-buckle devices. Chest section is equipped with splinter-proof and/or bullet-proof shielding inserts. Several rows of transverse straps are fixed on chest section outer surface for attachment of detachable pockets thereon. Back section is formed by transportation device maid in the form of knapsack or backpack or combination thereof.
